May 17 MoMoPDX Meeting

This month our focus is on The Budding of 4G.

As you know this is an extremely exciting and active space. Tim Sweeney, Technical Marketing Director at Intel’s WiMAX Program Office, will be giving us a presentation on where 4G is headed.

We look forward to many questions and seeing you this Monday at 6PM at Backspace, located at 115 Northwest 5th Avenue in Portland.

April Meeting

Mobile Monday Portland had its first programmed meeting last month. We had an all-star panel featuring Matt Hall of Vesta, Siva Narendra of Tyfone and moderated by Wireless Week. The focus was on Mobile Financial Services. A great conversation ensued. The following is the link to Wireless Week article written by Monica Alleven.
